What does the process look like? Sales to Commissioning

1, Sales: We run a campaign over 4-5 weeks.   


2, Rod and roping: Means that we test the existing infrastructure and identify stops, etc. that we need to fix before we can pull the cables needed for the area.


3, Installation: We do installation before we pull the backbone. We put an outdoor box and an indoor box. This is done quite early so it can take up to 8-12 weeks before commissioning after installing boxes. We do this to streamline, so we can deploy directly when we build the backbone itself.  


4, Construction of backbone networks: We use existing infrastructure which means that we pull cable in existing pipes and poles. If there are poles on the customer's street, they will get their fibre via pole. If not, we do a survey together with the customer. There may be an existing duct, in which case we use it otherwise we will agree with the customer on the best solution to get their fibre from the street into the house. Best solution is if they have soft soil on the front side (grass, flower planting). If they do not have it, the cable can be located above ground, for example, attached to a wall or to the edge of the plot on a hard surface (asphalt, tiles). We'd rather not tear up slabs in the driveway because they use so much concrete here when constructing their driveways.  


5, Cable to property: In connection with the construction of the main grid, the cable to the household is pulled in. Most people will get their cable from poles. The cable is retracted in the manner agreed upon during the survey in connection with installation.  


6, Commissioning: When all the steps are complete, they deploy the customer. They will then have their wireless router sent home with an instruction on how to install it. If they want help with this, there will be information in the deployment email regarding how they book an appointment about this.
